DRIVER'S AGE
For categories A, B, C, the minimum age is 23 years. For other categories, it is 25 years.
DRIVER'S LICENSE
The driver's license of the rented vehicle must have been issued at least one year prior. The driver must hold a Greek, European, or International (for non-EU countries) driver’s license.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
For all categories, the renter must present a credit card in their name to cover the vehicle’s deposit. Third-party cards are not accepted. The company accepts cash payments for both rental payment and deposit for vehicles in category A.
FINES-VIOLATIONS
All fines and violations are the responsibility of the renter.
FUEL POLICY
The renter must return the car with the same fuel level as when it was picked up.
CAR INSURANCE
All vehicles are insured against third parties for material damages, excluding a) the driver and passengers, and b) the rental company’s vehicle.
C.D.W– COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
Over 1200€ if the renter accepts the terms for categories A, B, C
Over 1300€ if the renter accepts the terms for category D
Over 1500€ if the renter accepts the terms for category E
Over 1700€ if the renter accepts the terms for categories K, I
Over 2000€ if the renter accepts the terms for categories H, L
The Traffic Code must be followed. Damages to tires, the car’s underside, and theft of personal items are not covered.
S.C.D.W– SUPER COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
Over 350€ if the renter accepts the terms and pays an additional 8€ per day for categories A, B, C
Over 450€ if the renter accepts the terms and pays an additional 10€ per day for category D
Over 600€ if the renter accepts the terms and pays an additional 12€ per day for categories E, H, L, K, I
TYRE AND WINDSCREEN COVERAGE:
The renter is exempt from liability for tire damage and windscreen breakage if they accept the terms and pay a daily fee of 10€ per day for all categories
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
One day. After 25 hours, an extra day’s rental cost will apply.
ACCESSORIES
GPS: 8€ per day
Child seat: 6€ per day
Snow chains: 10€ per day
Accessories are available upon request.
VEHICLE TYPE CHANGES
In certain cases, the company reserves the right to change the vehicle type and offer a similar or higher category vehicle than initially reserved.
FERRY TRANSPORT
Allowed with prior agreement. No insurance covers any damage caused during ferry transport.
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF
Pick-up and drop-off in different locations is available with a special fee and upon customer request.
INTERIOR CONDITION
If the vehicle is returned with stains requiring special cleaning, the renter will be charged 60,00€.
NO SHOW
If the renter does not pick up the vehicle at the agreed time without notice, Apollo Rent a Car will cancel the reservation after 5 hours.
RENTAL EXTENSION
If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, they must contact the branch where they picked up the vehicle.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
24-hour roadside assistance is provided for all vehicles.
DEPOSITS:
Category A: 500 Euros
Category B, C: 600 Euros
Category D: 800 Euros
Category E: 900 Euros
Category K, I: 1000 Euros
Category H, L: 1200 Euros

F.D.W– FULL DAMAGE WAIVER
The renter is exempt from vehicle damage liability if they accept the terms and pay:
12€ in addition to C.D.W daily for categories A, B, C
15€ in addition to C.D.W daily for category D
18€ in addition to C.D.W daily for category E
DRIVER COVERAGE
Additional driver coverage of 6,00€ per day is offered for death, partial or total bodily injury up to 15,000€
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
One day. After 25 hours, an extra day’s rental cost will apply.
ACCESSORIES
Helmet: 4€ per day. Maximum charge 72€.
GPS: 8€ per day. Maximum charge 112€.
Motorcycle luggage rack: 10€ per day. Maximum charge 130€.
Accessories are available upon request.

Definitions
